Tour and Service booking condition
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
• All rates are inclusive of 5% service charge and 10% Value Added Tax (VAT)
• All rates are non-commissionable.
• The agreed rates are exclusively for the leisure market
• All rates are inclusive of above-mentioned services. All extra services are subject to additional charge
• All rates are based on cabin availability
• Child reduction applicable only if sharing a cabin with maximum of 2 adults
2: RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION
Reservations are to be made to our office upon confirmation of a reservation,
+ A 50% deposit amount is requested at the booking time
+ The total package amount for will be paid directly at our office prior to the trip's departure date.
3: CANCELLATION
a) If you cancel 30 days prior to your trip's departure date, your deposit will be fully refunded
b) 50% of your deposit will be charged for canceling prior to 7 days
c) 100 % charge for cancellation later than 24hrs.
4: PAYMENT METHOD
Except as otherwise agreed by Vega Travel, Client's payment shall be executed by cash in Euros, Dollars or Vietnam Dongs
Credit card or travelers cheque are accepted with 3% bank's charge.
In cases where credit facilities have been agreed with the Client payment
shall be executed by swift or telegraphic transfer to the appropriate Vega's bank account.
Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Vega Travel must be paid by the Client.

06: LIABILITY
Vega Travel shall always do its utmost to provide the Services to the best of its capacity and upon the satisfaction of the Client. It is the understanding of the Parties that Vega Travel acts as an intermediary between the Client/Agent and airlines, hotels, transport operators, local tourist offices and other contractors providing the Services to the Client. Vega Travel shall in no event be liable to the Client/Agent, by reason of breach of Services or unsatisfactory Services provided to the Client by third parties or by way of indemnity or in tort or otherwise, for any loss, injury, damage, delay, change in schedule or other adverse events which are beyond the control of Vega Travel and/or sustained by an act or default of any person or company providing the Services to the Client. The Client/Agent warrants that Vega Travel shall not be responsible and/or liable for additional expenses and/or damages incurred due to any delay, accidents, natural
disaster, political action or unrest.
